Site development - Removed existing pool near house, Phase 1 - Lawn and playhouse with side entrance. Phase 2 - Front yard and motorcourt completion to planting. Phase 3 - Pool pavillion, pool, summer kitchen and final planting for back yard. Phase 4 - Final planting around entire house and side entrance drive way completed.

We have just started a full home rehabilitation located in Northwest Houston. It will involve taking the entire home down to the studs and remodeling it back better than ever. We will take pictures to detail the process from start to finish and use it as an education tool to describe in detail different methods we use through out the entire house to incorporate best building practices that are meant to stand the test of time. The most important project you can have done to your home? Maintenance. A study by the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government showed that for every dollar spent on home maintenance, home values increased two dollars. Money well spent!
